The Hexazinone detections were due to an incident at Korweinguboora plantation owned by Hancock Victorian Plantations. This event polluted Stony Creek #3 Reservoir for 18 months between December 2004 and June 2006. Atrazine was detected in the reservoir between April and July 2011.
